School Council Meetings
An agenda for each meeting is drawn up prior to the meeting by the chair, in consultation with the principal. Each agenda includes reports, items of unfinished business, and new business recommendations submitted prior to the adoption of the agenda. Motions for additions/deletions are taken at the beginning of each meeting prior to the adoption of the agenda. Meetings are typically set on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm for School Council and OPEFA will follow the School Council meeting but only every other week. Please see our public calendar for the schedule of meetings throughout the year.
